We ship the goods within 2 working days from registration of your payment.
Your order is delivered by track and trace postal mail.
Please note: Certain countries charge additional customs fees and independent carrier charges. Cahana Jewelry can’t anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office, to find out what types of fees you can expect.
You have 14 days to return or regret your purchase.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
You may unpack the product and try it. But be aware that, to use the right of return, the product must be returned in same condition as when you received it. The right of withdrawal becomes void if you use the product in a way that reduces the sales value.
When you exercise this right, you must pay for shipping to return.
We will return the money to your account the same day we receive the goods. Normally it will take 2-3 days to show up on your account.
You have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products, which means you either get them repaired or replaced, a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
This conditions of course that the claim is justified. We aim and wish to have happy and satisfied customers and can only encourage you to contact us if there are problems with the goods you have purchased. However, it is a prerequisite that the complaint did not arise as a result of your incorrect use of the product.
If you claim within 2 weeks of receiving the goods, it is always considered as being timely. We will refund reasonable freight costs that you may have in connection with the return of the product when the claim is justified.
If you wish to complain about a product, it must be returned to us at our address.
When you return the item, please enclose a copy of the receipt you received with the purchase.
